Bloodstone signet ring of polished 18 carat gold with an arm embowed to the dexter and grasping a sword. The embowed arm is a heraldic symbol denoting a person with leadership qualities, and the sword is an ancient symbol of honor in battle.
The dexter is a heraldic term referring to the right and left sides of a shield. As the shield is assumed to be held by the viewer, the dexter side faces the viewer's left.
We love all signet rings with heraldic images and especially when the stone used is a traditional bloodstone chalcedony, with its deep green color and red specks. Bloodstone is the birthstone for March.
The ring is a US size 7 3/4 to 8 and can be resized.
